The award-winning singer brought the revelation to light in an Instagram Live session with the Tony Elumelu Foundation on Wednesday.
Starboy Entertainment was founded by Wizkid in 2013 alongside other music producers including Maleek Berry.
Wizkid Commented on the birth of the music label, how his career strides as a musician was informed by his quest to take on challenges and he also noted that he loves it when people “underestimate him” because that fuels him.
